Booking Requirements

  • Minimum booking: 4 hours per shift
  • Payment method: A valid credit card details.
  • Game kit option: At checkout, you may add an age-appropriate game kit for $25.

Nanny Fees (Paid Directly to Your Nanny)

These are the hourly rates that go directly to your nanny for their time and care:

  • 1 Child: $30/h
  • 2 Children: $32/hr
  • 3 Children: $35/hr
  • 4 Children: $36/hr
  • 5+ Children: Two (or more) sitters required at $35/hr each, plus a $10/hr additional fee

Agency Referral Fees (Charged to Your Credit Card)

In addition to paying your nanny directly, Mountain Nannys Agency charges a small referral fee for arranging and securing your care provider:

  • $10/hr agency fee
  • $15/day booking fee
  • Game kit option: At checkout, you may add an age-appropriate game kit for $25.

 This fee is charged to the credit card we keep securely on file when you book.

Minimum booking: 4 hours per shift
Peak times: Holiday and high-season rates may be slightly higher

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance.
  • If less than 72 hours’ notice is given, the nanny will be owed a minimum of 4 hours’ pay, and the agency fee will be charged to your credit card.
  • Agency fees are non-refundable.
  • Please note: flight delays, illness, weather, or other unforeseen events do not waive this policy.

Health & Illness Policy

  • Nannies are not required to care for sick children.
  • If your child or anyone in the household is ill, please cancel your booking ahead of time.
  • Nannies may assess the situation upon arrival. If they decide to leave due to illness, a last-minute cancellation fee will apply.
  • This policy helps us keep our nannies, families, and visitors safe and healthy.
